1: プライバシー保護への取り組み
株式会社JCL（以下「JCL」といいます。）は、JCLの取得する個人情報（以下「取得個人情報」といいます。）について、ご本人（取得個人情報が識別する個人を示し、以下「ご本人」といいます。）のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に真剣に取り組んでいます。JCLは、本プライバシー保護の方針（以下「本方針」といいます。）に従って、取得個人情報を取り扱うものとします。
本方針が記載するように、JCLは、取得個人情報を、また一定の条件のもとJCLに代わってサービスを提供し、または、製品やサービスの提供に関して提携している第三者に提供・公開することがあります。本方針には、JCLが収集する情報、その収集理由、その活用方法、さらにどのような状況で第三者にデータを提供・公開するのかが記載されております。
本方針の記載内容が将来変更される場合は、JCLのウェブサイトに変更内容を掲示します。サイト下部に表示される改訂日によって、内容が変更されたかどうかを確認することができます。
2: プライバシー保護
1. 収集情報の利用目的
取得個人情報は、以下の類型に従って、それぞれ以下の目的で利用されます。
i. お客様・お取引先様の個人情報
- 取引の実施、サービスの提供
- 各種ご案内の送付・送信
- 問い合わせへの対応
ii.. お客様の提供されるサービスのエンドユーザー様の個人情報
- サービスの最適化
- 悪用の防止および対策
- 各種ご案内の送付・送信
- 市場調査、分析、サービスの改善、開発
2. 取得個人情報の第三者への提供
- プロモーション、情報配信、またアンケートの実施などのために、取得個人情報を管理する業者やJCLに代わってサービス提供を行う業者に対し取得個人情報を提供する場合があります。
- dv製品、サービス等に関する情報を提供することを目的とする共同マーケティング活動を実施するために、JCLが提携する他の企業に対し、取得個人情報を提供する場合があります。
- マーケティング調査及びデータ分析の実施を目的として、JCLの関係会社に対し、取得個人情報を提供する場合があります。
- 個人情報保護法23条1項各号に該当する場合に、取得個人情報を第三者に提供する場合があります。
3. 取得個人情報の保持期間
JCLは、取得個人情報を以下の期間保持します。
- アカウント情報：ユーザーがJCL VRoadのアカウントを保有している間、保持されます。退会後は1年以内に削除または匿名化されます。
- トレーニング・走行データ等のサービス利用情報：ユーザーがアカウントを保有している間、サービス提供の目的で保持されます。退会後は1年以内に削除または匿名化されます。
- 問い合わせ対応に関する情報：問い合わせ対応完了後、最大3年間保持されます。
- 取引に関する情報：法令で定められた保存期間（会計帳簿関連は7年間等）に従って保持されます。
- 匿名化・統計化されたデータ：不可逆的に個人を特定できない形式に加工した上で、市場調査・サービス改善のために期間の定めなく保持する場合があります。
上記の保持期間を超えた取得個人情報は、法令で別途保管が義務付けられている場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化されます。
4. 取得個人情報の削除
ユーザーは、いつでも自身の取得個人情報の削除を請求することができます。削除方法は以下のとおりです。
- 問い合わせ窓口からの削除請求
個人情報の削除を希望される場合は、JCLウェブサイトの「お問い合わせ」ページよりご連絡ください。本人確認を実施の上、削除処理を行い、合理的な期間内（原則として30日以内）に削除または匿名化されます。 - 削除請求に伴うご注意
- 取得個人情報を削除した場合、JCL VRoadの一部または全部の機能をご利用いただけなくなる場合があります。
- 法令で保存が義務付けられている情報（取引記録、会計帳簿関連の情報等）については、所定の保存期間が経過するまで削除できない場合があります。 ・バックアップデータからの完全削除には、最大90日程度を要する場合があります。

1: Commitment to Privacy Protection
Japan Cycle League Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JCL”) respects the privacy of individuals whose personal information is obtained by JCL (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) and is committed to the protection of such information. JCL will handle Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).
As described in this Policy, JCL may provide or disclose Personal Information to third parties who provide services on behalf of JCL under certain conditions, or to partners involved in the provision of products and services. This Policy describes the information collected by JCL, the reasons for its collection, how it is used, and under what circumstances it may be provided or disclosed to third parties.
If the contents of this Policy are changed in the future, JCL will post the changes on its website. You can confirm whether any changes have been made by checking the revision date displayed at the bottom of the site.
2: Privacy Protection
1. Purpose of Use of Collected Information
Personal Information will be used for the following purposes according to the following categories:
i. Personal Information of Customers and Business Partners
- Execution of transactions and provision of services
- Sending and delivering various notifications
- Responding to inquiries
ii. Personal Information of End Users of Services Provided by Customers
- Optimization of services
- Prevention of misuse and countermeasures
- Sending and delivering various notifications
- Market research, analysis, service improvement, and development
2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Personal Information may be provided to contractors who manage such information or provide services on behalf of JCL for purposes such as promotions, information distribution, and surveys.
Personal Information may be provided to partner companies with which JCL collaborates in joint marketing activities for the purpose of providing information on products and services.
Personal Information may be provided to affiliated companies of JCL for the purpose of conducting marketing research and data analysis.
Personal Information may be provided to third parties when it falls under any of the items of Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
3. Retention Period of Personal Information
JCL retains Personal Information for the following periods:
- Account Information:
Retained while the user maintains a JCL VRoad account. After withdrawal, it will be deleted or anonymized within one (1) year. - Service Usage Information such as Training and Ride Data:
Retained while the user maintains an account for the purpose of providing services. After withdrawal, it will be deleted or anonymized within one (1) year. - Information Related to Inquiry Handling:
Retained for up to three (3) years after completion of the inquiry response. - Information Related to Transactions:
Retained in accordance with legally required retention periods (e.g., accounting records for seven (7) years). - Anonymized and Statistical Data:
Data that has been processed in a manner that irreversibly prevents identification of individuals may be retained without a defined period for market research and service improvement purposes.
Personal Information exceeding the above retention periods will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
4. Deletion of Personal Information
Users may request the deletion of their Personal Information at any time. The method is as follows:

If you wish to request deletion of your Personal Information, please contact us via the “Contact” page on the JCL website. After verifying your identity, deletion processing will be carried out, and the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days).
Notes Regarding Deletion Requests
- If Personal Information is deleted, you may no longer be able to use part or all of the JCL VRoad services.
- Information that is required to be retained by law (such as transaction records and accounting-related information) may not be deleted until the prescribed retention period has elapsed.
- Complete deletion from backup data may take up to approximately 90 days.
